Consuming wine is sometimes blamed for weight gain. Yet according to one study, moderate drinking can instead lose weight.
This study reveals that a glass of wine a day can lose your weight. Daily Express even reported, wine should be included in the diet.
“Weight gain occurs in heavy drinkers who consume wine in excess. While the consumer of the middle class actually able to maintain the slimness of their bodies,” says a Spanish researcher at the University of Navarro.
“Wine may be more likely to maintain, not to gain weight,” said team spokesman Navarro University.
